Welcome to Epub Translator. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them before use.
1. The service
Epub Translator translates complete EPUB books with AI. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, so verify results yourself for important, professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety-related content.
2. Account and credits
- Keep your account details correct and your login credentials secure.
- Free credits, subscription credits, and purchased credits are provided as shown on the page. Paid plans and credit packs are not yet available; for now the service is free and credits are granted daily.
- Credits can only be used with Epub Translator. They are not cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires.
- We may adjust plans, credit costs, or available features; if a change materially affects a purchase you have made, we will notify you reasonably.
3. Content you submit
You keep the rights to your own content. To provide, maintain, secure, and improve Epub Translator, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, transmit, and store that content as needed to operate the service.
You must have the right to upload and process your content. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, violates privacy, is obscene or hateful, or could harm the service or other users.
4. Payments and renewals
Paid subscriptions and credit packs are not yet available. When they launch, this section will describe how they work:
- Paid subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Stripe. Prices and applicable plans are shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew at the interval you chose at checkout until you cancel through the Stripe billing portal.
- After cancellation, your subscription generally stops renewing at the end of the paid period; whether credits remain usable is shown on the billing page.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
5. Availability
We try to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause, adjust, or stop features for maintenance, security, supplier outages, or other reasonable reasons.
6. Intellectual property
The Epub Translator software, interface, brand, and design are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you no rights beyond the use granted in these terms.
7. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, abused free credits, or used Epub Translator improperly. You can stop using the service at any time; when paid plans are available, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epub Translator is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee AI results are correct or fit for a particular purpose. Except for intent, gross negligence, or liability the law does not allow us to limit, our liability for losses from using the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service in the 12 months before the loss.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated appropriately; continuing to use Epub Translator after changes take effect means you accept them.
